工作职责：
负责管理系统测试、导入实施Team，初步分析系统需求，协调需求提出部门与我们软件开发团队，分配系统测试任务以及导入实施规划。

要求：
1.三年以上的系统分析与测试经验；
2.熟悉软件测试基本工具的运用；
3.熟悉软件测试工作以及系统需求分析；
4.熟悉硬件电路及电子产品测试相关知识；
5.熟悉SQL Server数据库软件，熟练操作Office等办公软件；
6.熟悉软硬件开发、测试、导入实施基本流程；
7.具有良好的团队精神和沟通能力，有电子产品测试或OA、MES等测试软件等系统测试经验者优先。
