职责和权限Responsibilities & Authorities：
1、 Created the product control plan （define the checking and controlling list for incoming material / production process / final finished parts and name the measuring devices for the item which should be controlled 制定产品的控制计划（给来料/过程/成品等制定检查控制项目，相应的控制项目所使用检查量具也需包括）；
2、 Based on the quality information like online checking result, defective parts found by FQC and daily defective part report etc, give improvement request to the corresponding machine/product and follow up the corrective actions implemented by the production workshops针对现场检查数据/FQC检查不良品/每日不良报告等信息，对相应的机台/产品提出改善要求，并跟进生产车间的改善措施；
3、 Verify the process stability for machines/procedures which has been modified, or has a lot quality incidents or other problems requiring attention对调整后的机器或制成，质量异常较多的流程，确认流程的稳定性；
4、 Verify the quality for initial samples (for both domestic and overseas customers) and finish the IST report for production samples首次打样产品的品质确认，完成IST报告；
5、 Assist the production to solve the quality incidents and arrange quality training for production staff 协助生产车间解决一些质量异常,安排品质培训。
6、 Confirm about the daily defective parts, inform the actions to be taken, judge which workshop the defective parts have to be assigned to, work with the related production manager on the analysis of the root cause, the effective rework and quality control on the rework process to achieve the target of pass with one-time rework.对每天的不良品进行确认处理，给出处理意见。并需判定不良品归属（工序），和相关生产部门经理对问题根源进行研究分析，对不良产生的根源、有效的返修方式以及返修过程的品质控制，以到达一次返修合格的目标。
7、 Finish other tasks assigned by the supervisor 完成上级交办的其它任务。
岗位要求 Qualification requirements：
学历 Education background：
Senior middle school graduate and above. ( Junior middle school graduate will be also accepted if the work experience related to QC is longer than 5 years)高中或以上文化程度。（有五年品管工作经验的学历要求可降低至初中以上文化）


工作经验 Work experience：More than five years experience in the quality of leather hand bags industry.5年以真皮品质行业的经验。

工作技能 Work skills:
1. Good communication skills and leadership.有良好沟通和管理能力。
2. Be able to read the product drawings, familiar with the use of measuring devices, familiar with the processing steps and checking of products能看懂产品图纸、熟悉量具的使用、熟知产品的加工流程、产品的检测。
3. Have the skills of product quality control and be able to follow up / verify the corrective actions for the product quality problems 有产品质量控制技能，能够跟进/验证产品不良问题的纠正措施。
4. Strong sense of responsibility and aggressive有强烈的责任心和进取心。

能独立制办，看纸格，同时有要有生产现场管理工作经验。有精益生产的优先考虑
