Position: Key Account Management

Responsibilities:

职责：

- Responsible for managing overseas key account

负责管理海外大客户关系

- Manage and cultivate strong relationship with overseas product manager

负责管理和培养与海外产品经理的良好关系。

- Receive customer development requirements and transfer the information to the relevant internal department (i.e. development & engineering department) or external suppliers

接收客户的发展需求并且把该信息反馈给相关的内部部门（如发展与工程部）或者外部的供应商

- Ensure correct execution and timely delivery of developed products

确保正确履行和及时发送样品。

- Deal with various business agreements, including pricing, payment terms, quality, shipment and delivery expectations

应对不同的商务项目，包括价格，付款方式，质量，运输还有服务预期。

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports to management

准备日，周，月的管理报表。

Requirements:

要求：

- Good communication skills in English and Chinese (spoken and written)

精通中英文（口语和书面语）

- A minimum of 5 years experience as a key account manager or merchandiser, preferably in the bags, shoes or garment industry, is a must

最少五年的作为大客户经理的或者跟单的经验，尤其在包，鞋子或者服装方面有经验的优先。

- Able to work independently but also a team player

能够独立完成工作，有团队协作精神。

- Hardworking, responsible and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

吃苦耐劳，有责任心，能够在压力下或者限时内完成工作。
