Job Description/ 工作职责

Prepare relative document to complete import material and equipment declaration and

export product process.

准备相关文件，完成进口物料、设备的清关工作以及出口成品的清关工作

Customs verification etc.

申请办理核销，内销等海关相关业务

Coordinate with customs for import and export product inspection and declaration. 协助海关办理进出口货物的查验、结关等事宜

All job belongs to Customs Clarence who should do.

应当由报关员办理的其他报关事宜

Coordinate with forwarder and agent to complete customs and CIQ process.

配合货代及代理公司完成海关商检的相关工作

Maintain good relationship with customs and CIQ department.

维系好与海关、商检部门的关系

legal contract management;

法律文件管理

Other task assigned by Department Manager

其他由部门经理交办的工作

Special task at DBF For leather following up

本厂要求

Gather shipping notification from tanneries

收集国外皮革厂装运通知

Chase tanneries to get invoice/packing lists/leather import documents

跟进皮革厂提供发票／包装清单／皮料进口文件

Prepare all documents necessary for the import of the leather to China: delivery

note/packing list/invoice (in Chinese language)

准备各类皮料进口到国内的资料，供货单／包装清单／发票（中文）

Price comparison of forwarder rates

货运费率的比较

Arrange bookings

定货代

Requirements / Qualification

需求条件及资格

College and above, good English skill (also spoken English)

大专以上学历，能够使用英语（需要口语交流）；

Have Customs Clarence certificate, with more than 2 years working experience

取得报关员资格证书，2年以上同等工作经验；

Familiar with Guangdong local customs declaration process and CIQ process.

熟悉广东本地海关的清关流程和商检流程；

attention to details and 100% integrity;

做事专心细致，100%诚实

good problem solving skills;

有解决问题的能力

high degree of flexibility;

ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines;
