作为课长的职责和权限Leadership Tasks & Responsibilities：

1、领导、全权负责本部门的日常工作，并控制整个部门的工作进度。

Take the leadership and full responsibility for the daily work of his/her own department; control the working progress of the whole department.

2. 合理安排、管理本部门的全体员工；定期对员工从工作量、工作效率、工作态度以及耗材等方面及进行评审，做到有理有据、奖罚分明。

Make reasonable arrangement and manage all the employees of his/her own department; conduct regular review on the work load, efficiency, attitude and material consumption for its employees and make sure that punishment & rewards are matched with the actual performance with firm evidence.

3.定期对本部门员工进行包括专业技术、职业操守以及安全生产等方面培训，并做培训有效性评估。

Organize regular trainings to employees of his/her own department on technical skills, working ethics and production safety and conduct the appraisal regarding the effectiveness of the training.

4.保持与各部门课长以及厂部经理的沟通畅顺，遇到问题在亲自确认后及时、主动提出，并积极寻求解决办法。

Maintain a smooth communication with other department supervisors and factory managers; in case of any problem, identify & confirm the real situation, raise up the questions timely and proactively and seek for the solutions actively.

5.在技术、管理范围内，在需要的情况下（例如其它部门或上司需要协助时）必须积极给予支持，不得推诿。

Give active support in his own technical or administration fields when necessary (for in stance, when the other department or his superior needs help) and never dodge.

6.保守公司在技术、商业以及行政管理等方面的机密。

All the confidential information in technical, business, administration, management, etc areas must be kept secretly.

7.依照5S管理方法，做好现场工作环境的管理。

Practice the management of the working environment according to 5S.

本部门专职Special Tasks and Responsibilities:

8. 根据市场/客户的要求设计产品，在所要求的时间内提供可靠的信息给客户；逐步建立、加强自主开发、设计能力。Design parts according to market/customer’s requirements in the requested time-frame giving reliable information to customer. in the contracting period；Build up and improve the ability of independent development and designing step by step.

9.设计必要的工具，模具和夹具，并跟进相关部门按时完成Design the necessary tools, moulds and clamping devices and follow-up timely preparation.

10. 定义合适的检查方式并安排必要的量具，检具Define the proper way of checking and arrange the necessary checking and testing devices

11.安排及时向外部供应商采购所需的工具Arrange timely purchase of tools from outside suppliers.

12.通知生管部新产品的加工方式和预估产能，以及现有产品加工方式或产能方面的任何变动/改进。Inform the PMC Department about the proper way of processing and estimated productivity for new products and any other related changes/improvement for existing items regarding the way of processing and productivity.

13.和其它部门合作，使得新产品以及新产品的加工方法得以实现，维护现有产品的加工方式;
Cooperate with other departments to realize the new products and its processing and maintain the way　of processing for existing products;

14.寻找，建立外加工的供应商并确保加工品质，与供应商签订条款清楚的书面合作合同，出现问题时根据协议进行跟进Search, build up and ensure the quality of suppliers for external processing. Conclude on clear terms and conditions for the cooperation in writing and follow-up accordingly in case of problems.

15.DBF生产面临加工或品质问题时，追踪原因并设定和优化产品的加工流程When facing processing and quality problems in DBF’s production trace back the reasons , then define and optimize processing procedures.

16.主动对改善产品质量和提高产能方面提出建议，并安排测试和实施Pro-actively provide suggestions, arrange testings and make implementations on improving the quality of parts and speeding up productivity.

17.负责安排对所有生产加工进行公正的产能测量，并与相关的生产部门讨论和制订产能标准Responsible for arranging a neutral time taking of all production, discussing with the production department involved and then setting the productivity standard.
生产方式更改，机器整改，或者发现实际和计划生产时间差异太大时，都必须遵照这一程序处理。This procedure has to be followed for new ways of production, in case of modifications of machinery and working flow and in case of bigger discrepancies between plan and real production time.

18.确保BOM, BOL, BOQ, BOT数据正确，保持一致，并及时更新Ensure correct, consistent and update information BOM, BOL, BOQ, BOT

19.协助外贸部处理新产品加工的评估，有效及时地管理样板部门。
Assist Merchandising Department with the appraisal of the processing of new products, administrate CAD department timely and effectively。

20.完成上级交办的其它任务。Finish other tasks assigned by GM.

岗位要求Qualification requirements：

学历Education background：

大学本科或相当于大学本科同等学历Bachelor degree or with equivalent education

工作经验Work experience：

从事箱包制造相关行业1年以上工作经验

Have more than two year work experience in related bag manufacturing industry.

工作技能Work skills：

1、机械设计与制造专业;Major in Machinery Design and Manufacturing;

2、熟悉制图的相关软件操作; Be familiar with the operations of related drawing software;

3、有良好的英语读，写，听，说的能力; Be good at English reading, writing, listening, speaking;

4、有团队合作的能力，同时有组织者的能力，独立工作的能力较强。

Be good at cooperating with team, and have strong capabilities of organization & independent work.
