职位描述
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
1. Laboratory management
-To manage and keep the laboratory safety.
-To plan, manage & coordinate the lab activities, to deliver accurate test & analysis result of physical, chemical, sensory & microbiological specification of raw material, packaging material & product.
-To manage the lab according to Good Laboratory Practice, to train and assure the inspectors to do jobs in a safe way.
-To keep & manage good preservation & traceability for lab records & reserved samples. And keep lab facilities in a good condition to meet the lab requirements, this including keep lab equipment calibration plan, good maintenance, keep good filing of document & operation manuals
2. Incoming Material quality control
-To manage material quality to meet company specifications, including COA check, inspection & analysis of various properties of materials.
-Good control of non-conform materials, including identification, labeling, segregation according to company QP, procedures & policies.
3. Material supplier quality management
- Keep good communication with the suppliers of materials; keep active feedback of material quality issues with suppliers, to push their continues improvements through taking corrective & preventive actions.
4. Lab external service management
-Manage external lab inspections service, including the plan, budget control and summary report of these services.
5. Process Improvement
-Good control of FG release, including plan, manage & coordinate the check activities, to assure the quality meet the requirements.
-To plan and manage the process trial.
-To take charge for QM model for continues improvement of product quality.
6.Deviation Management
-Familiar with process & equipment of biscuit production lines, good skills of analysis and trouble shooting for online quality deviations & food safety defects..
-To take charge for online-Quality Deviation Management. Including deviation reports, followed up the corrective & preventive actions.
-Analyze in detailed for every product complaint, and keep strong follow up for each corrective & preventive actions
7.Maintain the catalyst for QM and the QA release system.
-Material released on catalyst, maintain the test plan and material standard on QM model.
Product released on QA release system.
8. Promotion project
-Coordinate to make the operate process to prevent the food safety risk.
-Coordinate to evaluated and keep the promotion sample.
-The promotion product include the in-house and co-pocker.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education, qualifications and training
-- Bachelor Degree in Chemical/Biology/Food technology related discipline
--Good Computer skills and English.
2. Experience or skills required
--With a minimum of 2 years system management experience in food industry .
3. Specialized knowledge or skills required
--Genera
? Strong Analytical and innovation conceptual skill
? Good influencing and communication skills
? Good plan and time management skills.
--Technical Requirements:
? Good knowledge of ISO9001, FSSC22000 quality management system, good awareness of quality control concepts and tools. Good knowledge of food quality management elements: QP, QM, Nation food safety regulation and traceability
? Good knowledge of GMP, HACCP food safety standard and good food safety concepts.
? Good study competence and use new analysis tool to continuous improvement.
? Good knowledge of plant production lines and biscuits process technology.
? Strong system Management and Documentation
? Well-trained Quality & Food safety system auditing skills with nice acuity of observation.
