主要职责
1.根据样板计划确保开发样板和小订单样品的按时交付。
2.在放行样板前确保现场记录（皮料裁片，配方）准确齐全。
3.新员工的培训和评估。
4.协助技术转移（开发转小订单，小订单转量产）。
5.现场5S的执行以维持。
6.机器保养。
7.向技术总监报告质量问题。
8. 遵守安全生产规定，督促本部门安全生产。
9. 负责本岗位职责范围内的质量管理体系（ISO 9001）、环境管理体系（ISO 14001）、皮革工作小组制革业环境考核及企业社会责任等方面的工作。

经验要求
至少3年皮革涂饰工作经验和具有良好的调色能力

其他要求
1.中学或以上毕业。
2..良好的皮革和化工知识。
3.基础的技术英语知识。
4.优良的沟通技巧。
