职责

• 为产品和工艺研发项目提供客户技术要求的支持
• 与商务团队一起拜访客户，建立良好客户关系，提供客户技术支持
• 与工厂的生产和品质部门合作，提供客户技术服务
  

• 加强与汽车制造商的客户关系，支持业务发展团队
• 为客户提供新产品的技术推广，协助技术资料的准备
• 支持事业部区域的技术推广，参加展会，研讨会等
• 协助建立客户端现在与未来的应用技术路线的深入了解。确保对客户技术需求的内部顺畅沟通，协助甄别客户需求与公司技术解决方案的契合。及时并有系统性地搜集、分析和报告技术市场和客户数据
• 与研发团队紧密合作，深入了解不同研发项目和相关材料，商业化产品与工艺，产能与局限，品保能力等。

要求

• 工程、化学、应用科学专业硕士研究生
• 有项目系统经验优先
• 能够在压力下独立工作，计划性强，结果导向
• 优秀的沟通、演讲和人际技巧
• 流利的英语能力
• 有意愿在不同地区工作
• 国际化视野
