PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1.Implement, manage and coordinate all occupational health safety, security and environmental programs and processes at Operations Site/Plant to ensure safe working places, sound environmental practices and prevent asset losses, guarantee compliance with local regulations and relevant Mondelez policies.

2.Customize, implement and maintain the Mondelez Jiangmen Plant occupational health, safety and environment Management System and Security Management System in order to meet local legal requirements and Mondelez International requirements.

3.Identifying site EHS training needs, developing and conducting it.

4.PPE management and fire fighting management.

5.Work permits issue, safety daily inspection, JSA promotion and contractor safety management.

6.Incident prevention and incident root cause analysis, reporting, action following up.

7.Communicate and maintain relationships with local government regulators. Managing licenses, permits, so as to ensure they are up to date.

8.Other EHS related tasks and tasks from managers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1.Education, qualifications and training

-University degree in Occupational Health Safety, Engineering, Environmental Sciences or related fields.

-Good knowledge of International Safety and Environmental Standards (e.g. OHSAS18001, ISO 14001) and local safety/environmental regulations, national regulatory requirements.

-Fluent English

-Good communication/presentation skills and team player.

-Good computer skills.

2.Experience or skills required

-3+ years or above working experience in medium/large size manufacturing.

-Enough experience on safety management and fire fighting

3.Specialized knowledge or skills required

-Individual organization and leading competency

-Practice in foods business is prefer

4.OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION

-Business travel is needed
