LOCATION:
Heshan, Guangdong, China
RESPONSIBLE TO:
General Manager
PURPOSE:
Increase the sales of company product and improve margins to key accounts.
Improve service level and proactive in product development work.
1.0 Your Responsibilities:
1.1 To meet key account sales targets as set out in the annual budget including the implementation of sales targets to achieve the revenue budget.
1.2 To develop and manage key accounts, ensuring sales growth to current key customers.
1.3 To maintain good customers relationships and identify new business opportunities.
1.4 Direct, coach and manage the customer service team and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
1.5 To maintain accurate records on customer contact details and to ensure sales records are maintained as such.
1.6 To conduct regular meetings with customer service team to review weekly and monthly reports.
1.7 To provide weekly reports to General Manager outlining market information gathered from field. E.g., competitor activities, new product opportunity etc.
1.8 To assist customer service team in problem resolution and satisfactorily resolve customer complaints.
1.9 Maintain a regularly updated schedule of delivery dates for current orders and report to customers any changes to delivery date.
2.0 Carry out any other tasks on assignment basis by his/her superiors.
ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Tertiary qualification in a Marketing discipline supported by formal marketing training and management experiences.
5 years and above sales, marketing and customer service experiences.
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
PERSONALITY
Able to establish good relationship with key customers.
Able to liaise and communicate effectively with Production and other departments in the company.
Self motivation and desire to provide support to the sales team.
Analytical mind with sound communication skills oral and written at all levels.
WORK LOCATION / TRAVELLING
Based in Heshan office with occasional travel inside China and some regional travel may be required from time to time.
