JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
1. Developing & maintaining various process programs and lead quality continuous improvements in biscuit manufacturing line. Responsible for process improvement and deviation analysis when there are process and equipments changing.
2. Responsible for consumer complaint analysis, announcement and action plan implementation within department.
3. Set up and implement the standard process operation procedure, provide necessary technical supporting and training for continues improvements, conduct the root cause analysis for all quality deviations from process prospectively.
4. Manage interfaces with Business Development and Country R&D for new products, new processes, promotions and reformulation projects.
5. Assist maintenance to carry out maintenance and the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual equipment checks up, as well as annual equipments audited by special administration department.
6. Supervise and monitor the CIP process within department.
7. Undertake and manage the implementation of all department documentation, such as SOP/WI and record updates.
8. Be responsible for process KPI analysis and improvement.
9. Perform other relevant job responsibilities as per QPE's and SSE requirement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Experience:
- 2 - 3 years of Manufacturing experience required
- Good analytical thinking
- Communication and presentation skills
- Process Management
- Teamwork
- Organization Agility
- Be familiar with biscuit production technology
2. Education:
- University degree (Engineering and food science is preferred) or equal experience
- Good knowledge of manufacturing applications
- PC skills( MS Office)
- Good command of English, both in writing & oral
