职位描述
1、年龄30岁以上，具备较强的英语听说读写能力，曾任物流单位当地机构主要负责人，具有物流项目资源；
2、熟悉国际货运代理业务流程，5年以上相关工作经验，其中3年以上货运代理企业团队管理工作经验，熟悉货代市场和客服操作实务。
3、具有敏锐的洞察力和应变能力，能承受较大的工作压力，较强的社会活动能力，能与客户建立良好合作关系；
4、工作认真负责，人品正直，有创新力，思路清晰敏捷，具备协调以及解决问题的能力，有较强的应变能力、谈判能力，富有工作热情和强烈的责任感；
5、具有基本的财务管理知识，良好的文字及语言表达能力。
