1. Make quotation and contract for lifecycle products, and create contract in SAP.

生命周期产品的报价及合同，在SAP中创建合同信息。

2. Internal follow-up of lifecycle product to make sure delivery on-time, arrange delivery and handle the internal return process for lifecycle products (e.g duraflex roll,etc.).

生命周期产品内部操作和跟踪，确保订单交货期，以及生命周期产品的内部退回流程（如柔压辊等）。

1. Make quotation and order for upgrade projects in SAP.
2. P升级产品的报价及订单创建。

4. Internal follow-up of upgrade order to make sure delivery on-time. Missing delivery follow up.

升级产品订单的内部操作和跟踪，确保订单交货期，发货状态跟进。

5. Maintain order related information like bill- to-party, make invoice for upgrade order and life cycle product in SAP

维护SAP中的升级、生命周期产品相关数据, 升级及生命周期产品发票的开立。

6. Preparation of business documentation, like the detailed bill list, account receivable, invoice

准备相应文件如应收款、发票、开票清单等。

7. Documentation of upgrade and lifecycle products.

升级及生命周期产品相关文档的归档管理。

1. Asisit for upgrade products development.

升级产品开发协助。

9. Other tasks and duties assigned by the manager.

经理分配的其他任务和工作。
