MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as C&B professional in HR COE function to support Asia C&B leader to develop C&B policy and guidelines as well as process for Wabco Asia BU.
Take charge of the overall Comp & Ben management processes and policies implementation for Wabco China.
Be responsible for maintaining Wabco grading system and job evaluation process.
Be responsible for annual AOP budgeting including people cost planning, forecasting, analysis and follow up.
Participate in the annual salary survey (Hewitt TRS) and benchmark with internal /external data to ensure the competitiveness and internal balance.
Be responsible to administer annual salary review and rewards cycle for China and region 5
Involve global and local C&B projects and ensure its completion within the timeframe, and this includes Wabco grading, HRIS process, benefit harmonization etc.
Develop and enhance the short term/ long term local bonus plan
Benefit program enhancement and communication
Communicate C&B philosophy and principles, process to stake holders (Site HR, finance and line clients) in the company
Ensure internal compliance
Ad-hoc HR projects
EXPERIENCE:
Min. 4 years C&B related experience in MNC
PROFILE:
Bachelor Degree or above
Be familiar with HRIS and PeopleSoft is preferred
Be familiar with Hewitt or Mercer job evaluation methodology
Experience in MNC Manufacturing environment plus consulting firm background is highly preferred.
Advanced MS-office skills, especially Excel skills.
Good team work spirit and can work under pressure;
Strong Influencing and Communication skills
Fluency in oral and written English communications.
