MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

? A/ HR/Finance Information/Data administration:
-Filing of physical documentation, including any document signed by AH & AF Leaders (Eg: Conf Agreement, Leave and travel Authorization, etc...) and Relevant Docs (Eg: HR & Finance report).
? B/ Travel organization:
-Coordinate travel for both Leaders
? C/ Expense reports (ER) administration:
-ASS Leaders: Collect ERs, verify, submit for approval to appropriate Authority. Follow-up with finance if issue.
? D/ Event organisation:
-Organize/prepare business events (E.g.: meetings, conference, etc..) requested by both Leaders.
? E/ Presentation support:
-Ass both Leaders on relevant presentations.
? F/Special Assignment:
-Any other special support.
-Includes: Translation, Interpretation, Data Handling and Analysis, Information gathering, Expats assistance on private issues, procurement of consumables, etc...
? Visa application for both leaders and Invitation letter for visitors.



EXPERIENCE:

? Cross-functional and multi-cultural team experience
? 5 years minimum experience within HR or Fin function and/or Automotive Industry would be a plus
? Experience with SAP is preferred


PROFILE:

? Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
? Professional translation skills
? Strong organizational and planning skills.
? Strong knowledge and experience with MS Office applications
? Good presentation skills
? Hard working
? Working Knowledge of an additional language (preferably German, Korean, Japanese, French, Polish, Brazilian) would be a plus.
