职位描述：
Duties and responsibilities职责和责任:
1. Set up the working procedure for upgrade business, focus on the technical audit and release
负责制定瓦线升级业务技术方案的审批及释放流程
2. Technical support before selling and feasibility analysis
升级业务前期技术支持，可行性分析
3. Responsible for the program updating, hardware & wiring book updating
负责整线或单机升级工作的电气软件与硬件设计
4. Troubleshooting of hard to debug issues which cannot be solved by Service team
解决现场升级人员无法解决的技术问题
5. Tracing and evaluation the implement effect for important upgrade cases
重要升级的实施情况跟踪与评价
6. Develop，arrange，archive and release the upgrade solutions
升级方案的开发、整理、归档与发布
7. Ensuring proper communication between Sales and mechanical upgrade team
与销售及机械升级团队保持良好的沟通
8. Support on improvement & development for company products
支持公司现有产品改善及新产品开发

Requirements任职要求:
1. Strong proficiency in Automation (Siemens, Lenze, IEC61131)
较强的自动化专业水平（西门子，伦茨，IEC61131）
2. Good spoken and written English
良好的英语听说读写能力
3. High level of electrical understanding
电气理解能力强
4. Willingness to travel
愿意出差
5. More than 5 years above experience
