Responsibilities:
? Process and maintain sales orders.
? Assist project manager to work with key stake holders on projects details.
? Follow up production schedule and coordinate with customers on delivery status.
? Organize logistics including importing and exporting activities.
? Coordinate internally on customer complaints.
? Follow up with customers on payment schedules.
? Support on market information gathering and analysis.
? Jointly visit customers on short notice and frequent basis.
Skills / Qualifications
? Excellent in spoken and written English.
? High sense of responsibility.
? Strong communication skills.
? Committed to work well as part of a team.
? Demonstrated to manage projects and deliver objectives on time.
? Able to perform well on multiple tasks under pressure.
? Willing to learn new knowledge and grow with company.
? Detail-oriented with good planning and organizing skill.
? 3+ years experience on sales support and coordination, project management in manufacturing background industries.
