本公司是专业销售家居日用制品的出口及内销企业，目前电商平台包括淘宝、天猫、京东等。https://anho.tmall.com/

薪酬福利：

工作职责：
1.负责电商平台（天猫/淘宝/京东等）的入驻和拓展工作，完成公司制定的业绩目标；
2.根据公司业务、产品营销策略和目标，制定及开展电商促销活动及优惠政策，推广公司品牌，执行网络营销方案和计划，并进行效果监控；
3.负责产品更新管理，根据公司新产品开发情况或季节更替，安排电商销售产品的更新及重点推荐；
4.负责定期分析平台运营数据，针对效果进行跟踪、评估，并提交统计分析报表，优化运营模式，及时提出改进措施。

职位要求：
1.大专以上学历，具有电子商务相关领域1年或以上工作经验；
2.具有天猫、淘宝、京东、唯品会等平台运作经验；熟悉各电商平台整体运作流程和思路；能够整合公司资源，负责店铺营销推广，组织店铺设计，日常店铺管理以及后端运营；
3.对互联网和电子商务发展趋势有敏锐的调察力、创新意识及良好的分析判断能力；
4.有良好的书面表达能力，沟通协调能力、较强的进取心和团队合作精神，能承受较大的工作压力，适应快节奏工作；
5.热爱电商行业，有极强的责任心和执行力。
