职位描述：
Primary Function基本职能：
Responsible for placing order to supplier based on company purchasing application; follow up the material arrival in hard warehouse on time in order to
provide the correct material for company need. 根据公司的请购需求进行采购，跟踪物料情况以确保正确物料按时到仓以满足公司需求。


Major Responsibilities主要职能：
1. Source the reliable supplier with competitive price, correct quality and keep promised delivery; 开发诚信可靠的供应商，确保其能提供正确的产品质量，具
有竞争性的价格和按时货期。
2. Check and compare the material price from different suppliers based on purchasing application;对各个供应商的报价进行比较
3. Issue the purchase order to supplier on time ;及时订立订单
4. Follow up the material delivery in order to make sure the material on time.跟踪物料进程确保按时到货。
5. Arrange the payment to supplier according to agreed payment terms – check the invoice & goods receiving sheet. 根据商议好的付款方式及时安排付款申
请包括审核发票和到仓单。
6. Keep the PO, contract related document filing well. 确保PO，合同等相关文件的归档做好。


Require Skills任职资格：
1. Good at computer operation & computer basic skill. 熟悉计算机软件基本操作。
2. Good at English communication skill. 良好的英语沟通能力。
3. Ability to coordinate and negotiate. 良好的谈判协商能力。
