职位描述：
1. Assist on daily duties of engineering office. 处理工程部办工室日常事务。
2. To ensure efficiency job on departments communications.保证部门的有效沟通。
3. Help with engineering Manager to organize the meeting. 帮助工程经理组织会议。
4. Arrange the daily OT for Engineering technicians.安排工程部技术人员的加班事项。
5. Engineering maintenance and repair record control. 工程维修保养记录的控制。
6. Engineering department daily administration management. 工程部日常行政管理。
7. Meet KPI target.达到KPI目标。
8. Prepare the equipment yearly preventive& predictive maintenance plan(contains Lab). 准备设备年度预防性和预见性维护保养。
9. Prepare the calibration plan and follow it.准备、跟踪仪表校正计划。
10. To control all engineering documents. 控制所有工程部门的文件。
11. To control engineering daily work and over time 日常工作和加班时的控制。
12. Follow safety production rule, and urge on safety production of his department. 遵循安全生产规则,并督促本部门的安全操作。
13.Engineering manual book & tools management.工程部工具及设备说明书管理。
任职资格：
1.College or above 中专以上学历
2.Fluent in English and Chinese 流利的英语汉语表达能力
3.Good skills of communication 良好的沟通技巧
4.Responsible , considerate , good communication skills, confidentiality ,willing to learn ,can work under high pressure有责任感、自信、良好的沟通技巧、好学上进、能承受较大的压力。 举报 分享
