BACKGROUND
We are a well established high volume Printing/Paper and Board Packaging Manufacturer with production facility in Guangdong, China. The company currently employs 160 people, factory located in Guangdong, China. Our sales and distribution network covers Asia and Australia / New Zealand and expanding rapidly. We are looking for experienced Sales Director to join our team.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Managing Director, The sales director primary responsibility is to meet his/her quarterly and annual sales target. As a leader of the sales team, the sales director must establish sales goals and create incentive programs for his/her region and personnel.
Essential job responsibilities
? to perform revenue forecasts and win/loss reports that illustrate his/her team's overall performance against budget;
? creates sales campaigns focused on communicating and nurturing relationships with customers, and driving repeat sales.

? developing presentations for clients and partners, conducting market analysis and devising strategies for generating new business.

Qualifications
5+ year sales experience in the food services or printing and packaging product.
University degree in sales and marketing and/or industry related with good educational and employment history.
PC literate

Willingness to learn, proactive, motivated, interpersonal skills, flexible and has determination to success.
