职位描述

1）工作职责
负责为公司搜寻、评估合适供应商，询价、谈判并采购符合公司质量要求的产品；
督导组员做好采购单的样品制作并对采购单的跟踪，并落实好供商的生产进度及培养、开发；
负责组织协调内部团队与供应商解决产品生产相关问题（如质量、材料、工艺技术）；
负责对公司内部团队与供应商提供必要、适当的沟通协调和支持；
2）岗位要求
良好的逻辑思维和数字分析能力，优秀的沟通和谈判技巧，工作积极负责，能适应出差和加班；
良好的英文沟通能力；
至少3年在欧美贸易公司或国内大型贸易公司的产品采购和跨团队管理经验（有五金、塑料、不锈钢、玻璃等衛浴,廚房制品的采购和生产加工、质量监控经验），其中至少3年主管经验。熟悉五金家用制品的采购、生产优先考虑；
熟悉供应商搜寻、评估、询价，有良好的成本意识和团队协作能力；
擅长团队组织、协调沟通和管理，擅长与供应商沟通协调各类问题，善于发现和解决问题，勇于承担责任，积极主动。解壓力強 .
