职位描述：
Responsibility:
The position is to supervise the general management of chemical lab, oversee the daily operation effectively also include the effective methods development of the chemical lab to ensure the stable providing testing services.
1.Have a good understand of standards for chemical testing to ensure technical and informative support to the team;
2.Monitor equipment calibration to ensure proper handling and maintenance of test equipment by technical staff in the laboratory;and implement accreditation CNAS/CMA.
3.Plan and control job assignments to ensure the high quality of work is maintained within a reasonable turnaround time;
4.Review data and issue test reports to ensure that the results are accurate;
5.Supervise technical staff to ensure efficient operation and optimum utilization of laboratory services in chemical lab;
6.Perform other duties assigned by director.

Requirement
1.College degree in chemistry or relevant experience;
2.At least 5 years working experience in chemical testing lab; Experience on lab accreditation CNAS/CMA.
3.With hands-on experiences in operating and maintaining at least one of the following types of instruments: AAS /ICP-OES/UV-VIS/ICP-MS/XRF;
4.Fluent English speaking, reading and writing;
5.Hardworking, self-motivated, and having a mind-set of team work.

工作职责：
全面管理化学实验室，包括实验室日常运作，确保实验室能提供稳定专业的检测服务
1.熟悉化学测试标准，为团队提供专业技术支持。
2.监管检测仪器的校准，确保仪器的正确操作及维护，执行CNAS/CMA认证。
3.制定工作计划及进行工作委派，确保团队的高效运作。
4.复核测试报告数据，确保测试结果精确。
5.确保团队有效运作，使实验室服务最大化利用。
6.完成上级交代的其他工作

职位要求：
1.大专以上学历，化工或相关专业；
2. 5年以上化学实验室工作经验，熟悉CNAS/CMA实验室认证；
3.熟练操作及维护以下仪器（至少一种）：AAS /ICP-OES/UV-VIS/ICP-MS/XRF；
4.良好的英语听说读写能力；
