职位描述：
Objectives of the Position < Shift + Enter proceeds to the next line without bullet; Enter inserts new bullet>
？ Handle the purchase for direct/indirect materials and services, to support the operation and cost control.
？ Monitor the PO status and expedite the shipment by procurement process, and EHS requirement.
？ Monitoring KPIs in properly, and improving the service to support production
？ Closely communication with requestor, to meet requirement.
Main Tasks
？ Control operational purchasing to ensure that spare part, equipment, PPE, lab reagent, package material and service in place on time and at target inventory level to meet the requirements.
？ Supplier management and optimization, bid process conduct.
？ Provide feedback to management to help ensure that purchases are made competitively taking into account price, quality, supplier reliability, supplier audits and all other relevant issues
？ Ensure that all goods received meet the quality and performance needed and that all goods are correctly received with EHS request as well.
？ Update the status of PR/PO and monitor delivery reliability
？ Ensure following of the company’s Management system, defining/following up of corrective and preventative actions within defined responsibilities.
？ Liaise with regional and country purchasing organizations to ensure that we can achieve competitive pricing so as to minimize all purchased cost.
？ Support and/or assist the subordinators to improve their professional skills and performance
？ Lead the department to do the best to reach the agreed targets with the management.
Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position
？ Education: Bachelor degree. Professional qualification in purchasing.
？ Working Experience: at least 5 years working experience in the chemical or similar industry, with some time in a purchasing function
？ Technical & Professional Knowledge: Understanding of Supply Chains, good written and spoken English, pc skills, SAP/local ERP knowledge。 举报 分享
