电气工程师Electrical Engineer

职责：

1． 负责所管区域的电气及仪表工作。

2． 协助动力系统的设计。

3． 监督电气设备的安装，以确保符合设计标准。

4． 为计划性或非计划性维修提供解决方案和指导。

5． 对电仪技术员和工人进行指导和培训。

6． 协助总部项目组解决电仪问题。

7． 确保扩建项目的控制面板/设备的质量和可靠性。

8． 评估与电气设备相关的供应商和临工的资质。

9． 参与维修、生产团队的项目启动工作。

10. 参与改善项目

11. 协助质量和维修团队进行回顾和检查。

12. 能有AB \西门子 PLC 编程经验和ABB变频器经验、能懂上位机组态软件等优先考虑。

要求：

1． 本科毕业，倾向于电气工程或相关专业。

2． 3年以上电气运行系统、生产流程设备，PLC控制维护经验。

3． 熟悉电脑操作。尤其是与专业相关的软件。

4． 英文要求读写良好。

工作地点:广东省开平市,公司每周有班车往返广州

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the electrical aspect technical work for his / her specific assigned areas;
2. Be a coordinator in the design of power supplying and control system.
3. Monitors the electrical installation to follow the design and standard code.
4. Figures out solution, Schemes and directs scheduled or non-scheduled E/I installation tasks;
5. Instructs, trains E&I technicians / workers how to do;
6. Coordinates the global engineering team on the E/I issues.
7. Identifies the quality/reliability of the used control panels/equipments for expansion.
8. Evaluates the qualifications of contractors/temporary workers and inspects related electrical installation.
9. Involves maintenance, operation groups in project start-up and involves in reliability improvement project.
10. Coordinate the QA, maintenance teams for the design reviewing and project checking.
Requirements:
1. Prefer BS degree in electrical engineering or equivalent applicable training.
2. Experience with electric drive system, process instrument, PLC and controls maintenance;
3. General knowledge of PC hardware and business application software.
4. Must be a self-started with a high energy level and the demonstrated ability to identify exceptions or opportunities for improvement, hold good prioritizing awareness.
5. Must possess good analytical troubleshooting skills to determine root causes of exceptions.
6. Must possess good teaming skills to function in cross-functional teams and relationships.
7. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Goal and metrics oriented.
