Merchandising Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION:
? Oversee and manage merchandising team, coordinate with other departments and all suppliers assure all Development ? Collect cost information negotiate price with buyer and negotiate with suppliers.
? Development of product and work with customer developers.
? Mediates marketing and production departments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Responsible in sending fabrics and accessories and trims to customer approval for approval.
? Responsible in preparing production sheets based on buyer’s orders.
? Responsible in advising production and quality department about quality level.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
Educational Attainment:
? Bachelor’s in degree in business or above, fluent in English speaking& writing

Professional Qualification:
? At least 8 years merchandising in garment area

Special/Technical Skill:
? With knowledge and strong understanding of the garment & accessories consumption.
? With supervisory skills, ability to direct and supervise effectively with good judgment
? Proficient in English communication on both oral and written with Positive attitude, strong leadership and good interpersonal skills
? Ability to do multi task, can work under pressure
? Good interpersonal and communication expertise
