Job Description:
? Checking original documents and the related GL booking, and posting them in SAP system.
? Finishing statistics data for the Statistics Bureau per month.
? In charge of credit insurance for some of our customers
? Prepare to the documents of refund tax for export goods according to tax rules per month, and other monthly report for the State Tax Bureau.
? In charge of AR, AP account management in SAP system, any over dues in AR accounts should be report to sales Dept per month.
? Issue Chinese tax invoices (including VAT invoice and export invoice) when needed, and finishing the relating internal reporting; Verify VAT special invoice before end of month.
? Binding of vouchers according to Chinese accounting principles happens on a Monthly basis for all vouchers.
? Ensure recording is done in accordance with Chinese regulation and in accordance with Aluwind procedures.
Requirements:
? A good understanding of the accounting principles, At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, General ledger accountant experience is preferred.
? Bachelor degree in finance and accounting, Good learning ability.
? Knowledge of Chinese Tax rules, experience in reporting to the Chinese Authorities.
? Experience with ERP,SAP experience is preferred.
? English could be working.
? Good at Microsoft skills(Especially in Excel). 举报 分享
