职位描述：
工作目标：
汽车修补漆颜色配方的开发

工作内容：
1.及时有效地完成修补漆颜色开发，配方调整等工作，满足客户的要求
2.根据业务需求，紧急开发颜色配方。
3.对疑难色进行颜色配方开发和喷涂解决方案。
4.到客户现场协助解决颜色技术问题
5.以及其他主管安排的事宜
6.遵守 EHS 规则

职位要求：
1.高中及以上教育背景。
2.3年及以上的油漆调色研发等工作经验，具有很强的调色能力，可独立快速开发颜色配方。有较强的颜色微调技能，可结合调色和喷涂解决色差问题。
3.对颜色敏感，对素色/银粉/珍珠漆颜色分辨清晰准确，无色盲/色弱。 举报 分享
