职位描述：
职责：
a. 组织电气人员维修保养工厂的所有生产设备，辅助设备及照明设备的电气设施；
b. 改进设备的电气控制技术，提高设备能力，降低故障率；
c. 对本班组员工管理，考核，组织技术培训和交流，提高员工的技术水平；
d. 组织零备件采购和维修,控制维修费用；
e. 准确记录维修过程中的设备参数变化及其它过程，做好文件管 理工作；
f. 严格按照电气安全规程组织电气设备的安装和维修，确保人身和设备的电气安全；
g. 保持工作区域，及周围卫生整洁。


任职要求：
a. 学历：大专或以上学历；英语四级或以上
b. 经验：三年以上自动化生产线相关工作经验；
c. 专业知识：PLC硬件了解与软件编程使用；电器设备安装，通用电器件原理；
d. 特质需求：组织能力；沟通协调能力；一定的英语阅读书写能力；
e. 业务了解范围：生产工艺；生产线设备的工作原理；电器件应用及具体位置；电器参数设定。

Duties:
A .Organize electricians maintain all the production equipments, auxiliary equipment and electrical installations of lighting equipment;
B. Improved electrical equipment control technology to improve equipment capacity, reduce the failure rate;
C. Team management, assessment, training and organization of technical exchanges, improve their technical level;
D. Pocurement of spare parts and repairs, the cost of repairs;
 E .Record equipment maintenance process parameter changes and other processes, good file management work;
F. strict accordance with the installation and maintenance of electrical safety procedures organized electrical equipment to ensure electrical safety of persons and equipment;
G. Keep work area clean and tidy.
Position requirements:
Education: College degree or above; English four or more
Experience: More than three years of relevant work experience in automated production lines;
Expertise: PLC hardware and software to use to understand programming; installation of electrical equipment, GE pieces principle;
Demand characteristics: organizational skills; communication skills; some English reading and writing ability;
