Responsibilities 责任
？ Product inspection 产品检验：
- arrange to QA worker daily work;
- 安排质检工人的日常工作；
- finish daily product plan and order;
- 完成日常的产品计划和订单；
- make and update inspection instruction;
- 制定和更新检验指导书；
- make sure the production quality continuous improvemen.t
- 确保生产质量持续改进。
？ Customer complaints handling处理客户投诉：
- Assist quality supervisor to communicate and handling customer complaints;
- 协助质量主管进行客户投诉的沟通和处理；
- Assist quality supervisor to implement report.
- 协助质量主管完成报告。
？ Testing capability测试能力：
- Maintain test equipment in good condition;
- 维护测试设备处于良好状态；
- Assist quality supervisor to finish the new test equipment plan;
- 协助质量主管完成新的测试设备计划；
- Improve test method and test efficiency.
- 改进测试方法和测试效率。
？ Internal quality issue analysis内部质量问题分析：
- Assist quality supervisor organize Engineer department, production department; analysis quality issue
- 协助质量主管组织工程部、生产部分析质量问题；
- Through the analysis of the charts, provides effective quality report;
- 通过图表分析，提供有效的质量报告；
- Assist quality supervisor to follow quality improvement plan.
- 协助质量主管跟踪质量改进计划。
？ Product validation产品验证：
- Assist quality supervisor to maintain product standards;
-协助质量主管维护产品标准；
- Assist quality supervisor to product type test and conformity of product validation;
- 协助质量主管进行产品类型测试和产品验证的整合；
- Cooperate with new samples design verification.
- 配合新样品的设计验证。
Requirements 要求：
- College degree or above;
- 大专以上学历；
- Over 3 years' related working experience;
- 3年以上相关工作经验；
- Proficiency in oral English;
- 熟练的口语英语；
- Be familiar with wire & cable products;
- 熟悉电源线电子线产品；
- Having experience of process quality control and customer quality control;
- 有过程质量控制和客户质量控制经验；
- Familiar with the quality system, certified as internal auditor will be a plus.
- 熟悉质量体系，有内审员证优先。
