职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Manage and oversees the whole Factory supply chain operation from – ordering, purchasing, production planning, warehouse until delivery.
? Negotiate prices and delivery of materials to produce cost savings and reduce lead times.
? Manage and optimism the stock level to Actively manages working capital in alignment with the company targets
? Maintain minimum work in progress,- finished goods inventory levels
? Design and develop reporting standards within department to ensure effective communication to internal and external customers.
? Identify opportunities to improve key performance indicators.
? Coordinate and manage the whole production planning process
? Carryout customer visits to understand customer business processes and design value add processes in line with Customer Value First principles.
? Support and develop suppliers to achieve and maintain quality and delivery performance.
? Provide SCM & Purchasing technical support to Operations and other departments
? Develop team members through a range of people programs.
? Coordinate and contribute to safety requirements to ensure legal and safety standards are met.
Requirements:
? Bachelor or Master degree in supply chain management or associated degree e.g. operations management, business with relevant experience
? Minimum 10+ year’s experience in a related area there from 5 years as Manager
? Experience in Project management
? Deeply knowledge of automotive standards and fields
? ERP experience
? Expert in MS Excel, Power Point
? Leading and developing teams
? Strong leadership skills/Excellent negotiation and communication skills/Problem-solving skills/Analytical and critical thinking skills/
? Team orientated/
? English language skills is mandatory
