Job scope:

1.Manage L&D programs for all mills in the group.

2.Develop L&D strategies and learning initiatives aligned with company's business strategy.

3.Conduct all training activities according to planning and make sure training process are fully implemented and followed with effective and efficiency result.

4.Work closely with line departments and other HR functions to dig out training requirements and related solution approach.

5.Develop related courses schedule to support the management skills and technical skills learning subject.

6.Regularly analyze/evaluate skills level and take action on improving managers' performance.
