Requirements任职条件
? At least 5 years of experience in software development or business analysis or similar work experience.
? IBM TIM and TAM experience preferred
? Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science or Management Information Systems or equivalent or combination of education and work experience.
? 5年及以上软件开发经验及业务分析经验。
? 具备IBM TIM and TAM 维护管理经验者优先
? 计算机专业、管理信息系统专业本科学历。

Core Skills/主要技能:
? Demonstrated experience in working with a large enterprise-grade portal/intranet or content management system;
? Solid understanding of marketing leading portal solutions (such as MS sharepoint, IBM websphere portal, Oracle weblogic portal, etc.)
? Strong full life cycle software application development background is required (SDLC)
? Knowledge and understanding of software architecture principles as applies to solutions and application architectures, specifically for portals, web sites and systems integration projects.
? In deep knowledge and hands-on experience to deploy J2EE applications on different platform (any of WebLogic or WebSphere)
? Familiarity with High-level languages such as BPEL, and Enterprise Service Bus approach, such as IBM ESB. Experience with SQL, Oracle, UNIX, JMS, XML (XSD Schema), Web Services, Java.
? Demonstrated database knowledge along with a practical understanding of server-side technologies.
? 具备大型企业级portal/intranet项目开发经验。
? 对于市场上现有Portal应用有很好的了解(例如：IBM websphere portal, Oracle weblogic portal, 等)。
? 较强的软件开发背景。
? 具备应用系统架构相关背景知识，Portal, web sites和systems integration 等项目经验。
? 较强的基于不同平台( WebLogic or WebSphere)的J2EE开发经验及相关背景知识。
? 熟练掌握BPEL、Enterprise Service Bus approach。如：IBM ESB. 熟悉SQL、 Oracle、UNIX、JMS、XML (XSD Schema)、Web Services、Java。
? 基于服务器端的数据库经验及相关背景知识。

? Occasional evening and weekend work to meet deadlines.
? Sitting for extended periods of time.
