1、Create and update External training course

-Create and design DLR training course according to market needs.

-Define dealer trainng scope,frequency,deliver channel and model

-Update existing training material

-Classify training content and method according to different Toyota partners.

开发并更新外部培训课程

- 根据市场的需要开发并设计培训课程

- 制定培训的范围，频次与形式

- 更新已有培训课程

- 根据丰田网络区分课件内容

2、Dealer Training Implementation

- Dealership onsite training

- Gathering Training

经销商培训执行

- 经销商单店培训

- 集中培训

3、Training Improvement

培训改善

4、DLR Survey

经销商走访

任职条件：

·Fully understand auto market and auto dealer

·In-depth knowledge of the auto finance market

·Bachlor degree is essential; Economic or Financial major is preferable

·Express clearly，Good at training and convincing

·Creative and innovative is must

·Good at multiple-aspect communication and coordination;

·Result oriented;

·Fluent both in written and oral English.

·Detailed oriented;

·Reliable, responsible, persistent

·Logical thinking;

·Self starter
