Performance Items /岗位职责：

Application integration management (50%)

·Provide technical advisory on the approach, sequence of activities, selection of tools, and organization of models and other artifacts in Enterprise architecture framework selection

·Manage, optimize and migrate existing system integration in realizing a service-oriented architecture.

· Analysis, design and implementation of application integration utilizing Web technologies and Web-focused languages.

·Includes the development of SQL stored procedures, HTML-based applications, Java and the use of other associated technologies to facilitate business transactions and data transfer among web-based as well as CS-based applications.

· Provide technical leadership in new application projects, Ensure that any new software integration into company systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications.

·参与系统架构的制定工作，包括工具的筛选，组织模型的确定等。

·管理，优化，整合现有系统，实现面向服务的系统架构。

·利用基于Web的技术，分析设计并实现应用系统的集成。

·通过Java程序开发，存储过程编写等，实现业务操作和数据交互。

·参与新系统的开发，确保新系统在功能和接口等方面符合用户需求，并能很好的与现有系统进行交互。

Application development management (30%)

· Facilitates the development of the application infrastructure that supports client business requirements.

· Amend and improve program development related policy and procedures, and oversees in-house as well as outsourced programmers to ensure development quality, program logic, and data processing and testing that meets functional and performance objectives, and compliant with IT policy and IT security requirements.

· 确保系统的架构和开发符合客户的需求。

· 参加与项目开发有关的公司政策、制度、流程的制定和修改工作。管理外包人员，确保项目的质量、数据处理、测试、功能等达到预期的目标并符合公司政策法规的相关的规定。

Routine management (20%)

· Assist BA manager to manage and provide direction for the BA team in support of business operations.

· Where necessary, prepare, establish, and monitor budgets.

·协助BA经理管理BA团队，提供业务操作上的支持。

· 准备项目预算报告，并监督预算的使用。

Qualifications/任职条件:

This position requires a BA/BS in computer science or related IT field, minimum of 7 years of experience in high-level systems and/or applications design, development and integration. Successfully delivery at least two SOA Enterprise-level Projects including at least one involving legacy system.

7年以上大型项目设计开发经验。至少参与过2个企业级的SOA项目其中至少包含一个数据源系统。

Core Skills/主要技能:

· Experience with one or more Enterprise Architecture Frameworks.

·Experience with UML. Knowledge of design patterns.

· Demonstrated J2EE development experience and full lifecycle development success with EAI projects, Hands on experience to deploy J2EE applications on different platform (any of JBoss, WebLogic or WebSphere)

·Experience with SOA implementations to address business process driven transaction requirements with support for standards such as WS-Coordination, WS-AT, etc.

· Clear understanding of Web services approach including Web service protocols such as SOAP and REST.

· Familiarity with High-level languages such as BPEL, and Enterprise Service Bus approach, such as IBM ESB. Experience with SQL, Oracle, UNIX, JMS, XML (XSD Schema), Web Services, Java.

·Strong full life cycle software application development background is required (SDLC). Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of software solutions.

· Good project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures, project lifecycle models, etc.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.

· 熟悉企业架构框架。

·具备SOA实施经验，熟悉WS-Coordination, WS-AT。
