Performance Items/岗位职责：

Intranet portal project (60%)

· Develop and support the company Portal and Intranet, serve as subject matter expert on Intranet/portal matters during the full life time cycle including FS, RFP/RPI, vender selection, project technical support and post-implementation support.

· Investigate and resolve issues and problems associated with the company Portal and Intranet plus associated portal applications and systems.

· Manage and develop relationships with key Portal and Intranet stakeholders; provide advice to stakeholders about intranet information architecture, intranet content standards, intranet content publishing and internal communications processes; liaise with content and application owners, coordinators and developers to determine requirements, priorities, and work estimates for portlet development.

· Contribute to projects as required.

· 负责Portal & Intranet系统开发，项目主要责任人，负责包括FS, RFP/RPI，选商， 技术支持，系统上线后支持等工作。

· 调查并解决Portal & Intranet系统问题，及相关应用系统的问题。

· 与Portal & Intranet用户建立并保持良好的合作关系，针对Portal & Intranet架构、标准、发布、内部通信模式给出相应的意见和建议，组织相关应用系统的负责人、开发人员确定需求，开发优先级，portlet开发工作量等。

·配合项目工作。

Intranet/Portal System（40%）

·Own day-to-day support of the Intranet/portal environment.

·Lead patching and upgrade of the Intranet/Portal environment and assure IT security.

· Contribute to continual development of internal policies and procedures; keep the broader company Community informed and empowered to maintain intranet content.

·Perform any other duties as required.

·负责Intranet/portal运行环境的日常运维工作。

· 负责发布Intranet/Portal系统补丁，系统升级。

·参与相应规章制度的改进，并确保公司所有部门、员工知晓。

·公司交办的其他事宜。

Qualifications/任职条件:

·At least 5 years of experience in software development or business analysis or similar work experience.

· At least 2 full life time cycle portal project implementation.

·Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science or Management Information Systems or equivalent or combination of education and work experience.

· 5年及以上软件开发经验及业务分析经验。

·2年及以上Portal项目实施经验。

·计算机专业、管理信息系统专业本科学历。

Core Skills/主要技能:

·Demonstrated experience in working with a large enterprise-grade portal/intranet or content management system;

·Solid understanding of marketing leading portal solutions (such as MS sharepoint, IBM websphere portal, Oracle weblogic portal, etc.)

· Strong full life cycle software application development background is required (SDLC)

· Knowledge and understanding of software architecture principles as applies to solutions and application architectures, specifically for portals, web sites and systems integration projects.

· In deep knowledge and hands-on experience to deploy MS.Net, J2EE applications on different platform (any of Sharepoint, WebLogic or WebSphere)

· Familiarity with High-level languages such as BPEL, and Enterprise Service Bus approach, such as IBM ESB. Experience with SQL, Oracle, UNIX, JMS, XML (XSD Schema), Web Services, Java.

·Demonstrated database knowledge along with a practical understanding of server-side technologies.

·具备大型企业级portal/intranet项目开发经验。

· 对于市场上现有Portal应用有很好的了解(例如：MS sharepoint, IBM websphere portal, Oracle weblogic portal, 等)。

·较强的软件开发背景。

· 具备应用系统架构相关背景知识，Portal, web sites和systems integration 等项目经验。

· 较强的基于不同平台(any of Sharepoint, WebLogic or WebSphere)的MS.Net、J2EE开发经验及相关背景知识。

·熟练掌握BPEL、Enterprise Service Bus approach。如：IBM ESB. 熟悉SQL、 Oracle、UNIX、JMS、XML (XSD Schema)、Web Services、Java。

·基于服务器端的数据库经验及相关背景知识。

Work Conditions/工作环境

·Occasional evening and weekend work to meet deadlines.

·Sitting for extended periods of time.
