Performance Items 岗位职责

1、Participate in Mis system development projects

参与Mis系统的开发与管理

2、Business data formalization, statistics and analysis, can develop business reports in cognos platform according to user's requirement

按固定格式产生、统计和分析业务数据. 能够在cognos平台下根据用户的需求开发报表

3、IT Project Support

进行 IT项目的支持

4、Maintenance Report system to ensure system can run normally

维护和支持Report系统，以保证系统可以正常运行

5、Training to other IT colleague on Mis/BI area

能够在mis及BI 领域对其他的IT同事进行培训

6、Other matters assigned by the company

Requirements任职条件

1.3-4 years SQL/Store Procedure development experience in Oralce Database, At least 1 year Cognos or other BI tools development experience

2. 2 Years data warehours design or development experience

3. 2 Years ETL design or development experience

4.very good analytical skill plus fluent Chinese/ English communication skills

5.Keen business insight and customer first sense, especially in filed of data analysis and business processoptimization

6.good coordination & learning skill

7.Computer science bachelor degree, Master is prefered

8.Prior experience in financial IT, Project management skill is prefered

1.3-4年Oracle 数据库的SQL/存储过程开发经验，至少1年Cognos或者其他BI工具的开发经验

2. 2年数据仓库设计和开发经验

3. 2年ETL设计和开发经验

4. 具备流利的中英文沟通能力，良好的分析能力

5. 在数据分析和业务流程优化领域，具备敏锐的业务洞察能力和良好的客户意识

6. 具备良好的合作和学习能力

7.计算机专业学士学位，具备研究生学历者优先考虑

8. 具备金融IT工作经验者及项目管理能力者优先考虑
