Performance Items 岗位职责

1、Prepare payment to dealers, distributors and suppliers in E-banking system

在网银系统上对应付经销商、承销商和供应商的款项进行支付

2、Reimbursements of employee's claims in E-banking system, check the signatures based on accounting authority procedure before payment

在网银系统上对员工费用报销款项进行支付，付款前核对审批的有效性

3、Check and file bank statement on daily basis

每日核对并归档银行回单

4、Be responsible to make foreign currency payment per business requirement

负责办理境外付款的手续

5、Contact with corporate settlement banks whenever there is any problem of the E-banking system

与合作银行进行网银相关问题的沟通

6、Check company corporate card statement on monthly basis to reconcile with payment application and make the reimbursement

负责公司卡账单及费用报销申请单的核对以及款项的汇划

7、Other jobs required by accounting manager

其他由会计部经理分派的工作

8、Other matters assigned by the company

公司交办的其他事宜

9、Domestic / oversea business trip according to company requirement

因工作需要，员工应根据公司安排到国内/外出差

Requirements 任职条件

College / university graduates, majoring in Accounting

2-3 years relevant experience

Good command of verbal and written English

Sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and communication skills.

A valid accounting certificate issued by the government

大专/本科学历，会计学专业

2-3年相关工作经验

良好的英语口头及书面表达能力

具备责任意识，良好的人际关系和沟通技巧

具备政府颁发的有效的会计证书
