Performance Items 岗位职责

1.Formulate communication strategy with GTMC based on company internal strategy, and establish reasonable communication mechanism & policy

根据公司整体业务战略及销售部需求，构建GTMC渠道厂家沟通的战略，并制定相应的沟通机制

2.Good undrstanding of GTMC national sales plan and periodical promotion plan;Joint marketing department to promote our finance scheme or product to GTMC, to increase finance sales volume in GTMC channel.

了解GTMC全年销售计划及阶段性促销活动重点；配合公司积极向GTMC推荐联合促销活动及产品，促进该渠道金融销量

3. Continuously promote distributor to attach more importance to finance value chain and improve our inpact power to distributor through keeping communication.

通过与GTMC的顺畅沟通，不断提升厂家对金融价值链的重视程度，增强金融业务对厂家销售政策的影响力

4. Keep daily data and information sharing with GTMC, assist to collect relevant data based on both GTMC and TMFCN other deptartmet's request, and assist training team to organize sales training with GTMC.

保证与GTMC的日常信息共享，配合和协助双方相应部门的信息沟通，协助联合活动及相应培训的组织

5. Other matters assigned by the company

Requirements 任职条件

1.5 years and above working experience of auto/auto fiance etc.

1.5年以上汽车厂商/汽车金融等行业经验

2.College degree or above.

2.专科以上学历

3.Good communication and coordination abilities, good ability to handle stress.

3.良好的沟通协调能力及抗压能力

4.Good understanding of distributor's sales & marketing policy and bugdet managent.

4.熟悉汽车厂商销售流程制定、市场策划及预算管理

5.Japanese priority.
