岗位职责

1.Review and optimize existing products

对现有产品的回顾和升级

2. Develop new product/new business concept, and collaborate with functional managers to construct operational solutions

发展新的产品和业务模式,协助各部门经理和MEC制定解决方案

3. Indentify retail price framework. Adjust retail pricing according to PBOC base rate and funding cost changes.

制定零售信贷价格体系，根据基准利率及融资成本的变化对零售信贷价格进行调整

4. Develop seasonal promotion caimpaign, including distributor and dealer subvention activities

开发阶段性促销活动，包括与承销商及经销商合作的贴息活动

5. Conduct Market research independently or with research companies. Conduct dealer and customer satisfaction survey regularly

独立或与第三方公司合作进行市场调研，定期开展经销商及客户满意度调查

6. Other jobs related to new business or new product development, and other matters assigned by department or company

与新业务或新产品开发有关的其他工作，以及公司或部门交办的其他事宜

7 . Domestic / oversea business trip according to company requirement

因工作需要，员工应根据公司安排到国内/外出差

Requirements

任职条件

•University graduates with finance or business degree, MBA preferred

•3 year working experience in MNC, auto industry preferred, 1-2 year managerial experiences preferred

. Knowledge of auto sales and auto network.

. Knowledge of consumer finance

•Project management experiences

•Fluent both in written and oral English.

• 大学本科及以上学历，金融或经济类专业，工商管理硕士优先考虑

• 3年以上金融产品开发经验，具备1-2年管理经验优先考虑

. 汽车销售和汽车网络知识

. 金融消费知识

• 项目管理经验

• 流利英语写作和口头表达
