Work Responsibilities
Reporting to National Director of Sales (Coffee) is responsible for management of coffee business in whole China. Assisting National Director of Sales (Coffee) and ensuring the achievement of the company's target and respect of company's strategy.

- Responsible for managing/executing sales and marketing programs in conjunction with distributor activities to achieve the predetermined brand, volume, programs, distribution and other related sales activities goals.
- Responsible for assisting the brand manager in the identification of focus regional opportunities.
- Ensures that distributor efforts/visits/programs are aligned around target focused region, key accounts and channels, and the overall market.
- Train, motivate and develop distributor's sales teams to achieve volume targets within focus region and the balance of market.
- Responsible for implementing approved programming with key on and off-premise accounts within the designated geographical area and predetermined focus region.
- Maintain and analyze market data on distributor performance to maximize sales and market share results.
- Ensures accurate and timely communication of changing field conditions that effect volumes, staffing of distributors and competitors to management, while managing all economic budgets that may be assigned on behalf of the company.
Requirements
English is a must and the candidate should be able to deal with international clients. I am looking for a sales manager who has experience with both on-trade (international hotels and restaurants) and off-trade (supermarkets, retail shops). Minimum of 3 years experience in sales preferably with luxury goods such as wines & spirits, water and/or coffee.

-University graduate or equivalent
- Experience in sales and channels with corporate customers
- Fluent in English
- Can be adapted to more than 50% of work time for travel
- Flexibility and adaptability team
- Good communication skills
- Proactive work
