Support to complete crisis management work

协助完成危机管理工作

Know well the crisis management request from TFS and regulator, support operational risk manager for below crisis management work

1. Planning: Draw up annual working plan and detail working steps；

2. Policy: Draft new policies and update existing policies

3. Organization: Organize training and rehearsal; include crisis management training, first Aid & fire evacuation training, fire evacuation rehearsal, BIA, BCP annual rehearsal etc.

4. Summarizing: Summarize regularly and draft summary report

5. Communication with vendor: Communication with vendor and sign contracts

理解日本总部以及监管机构对于危机管理工作的要求,协助操作风险经理完成以下工作:

1.计划：制定年度工作计划,细化工作步骤；

2.政策：起草新政策，更新已有政策；

3.组织：组织危机管理培训、急救、消防安全培训和演习、年度业务可持续性演习、业务影响分析等工作；

4.总结：进行阶段性总结，起草汇报文档；

5.供应商沟通：同供应商进行沟通，签订合同。

Requirements

任职条件

1. 1+ yrs. of crisis management or related work experience, know well the business continuity request for financial company from regulator

2. Prefer Bachelor degree of Accounting or Finance major

3. Fluent both in written and oral English

4. Work collaboratively

5. Communicate effectively

6. AFC experience preferred

1. 1年以上危机管理工作经验或相关工作经验，了解监管部门对于金融机构业务连续性监管的要求；

2. 大学本科学历，会计或金融专业；

3. 流利的英语书面和口头表达；

4. 工作协调能力；

5. 有效沟通能力；

6. 有汽车金融公司从业经验者，优先考虑。
