【岗位职责】

1. 理解并管理业务需求和业务问题，进行专项分析挖掘，支持业务决策。

Understand and manage business requirements and business issues, work on special analysis and mining to support business decision-making.

2. 负责风险策略的设计、开发、测试、上线，以及相关跨部门协调工作：

Responsible for the design, development, testing and launch of risk strategy, as well as related cross department coordination work, such as

    1）建立风险策略评估体系，并设计策略监控模板；
     Establish risk strategy evaluation system and design strategy monitoring template;

    2）优化策略部署测试和上线流程；
     Optimize strategy deployment, test and launch process;

    3）定期回顾风险策略，根据风险特征优化风控规则;
     Regularly review risk strategies and optimize risk managgement rules according to risk characteristics;

    4）与相关部门协作，将风险策略部署到决策引擎。
     Cooperate with relevant departments to deploy risk strategy to decision engine.

3. 参与风险数据集市建设，诊断、清洗、测试数据的准确性，并开发自动化报表：

Participate in the construction of risk data mart, diagnose, clean and test the accuracy of data, and develop automatic report templates,

     1）从业务分析和策略应用角度，为风险数据集市建设提供专业性建议和支持，包括但不限于外部数据测试和内部数据丰富等；

     Provide professional suggestions and support for the construction of risk data mart from the perspective of business analysis and strategy application, including but not limited to external data testing and internal data enrichment;

     2）负责策略模型相关报告的自动化实现。
     Responsible for the automatic implementation of model and strategy related reports.

4. 参与组合评分模型的建立，负责偿债能力模型和组合评分卡验证，以及组合评分卡策略测试和上线支持相关工作 。

Participate in group scorecard development, take charge of model validation, strategy test and delpoyment supprt work of repayment ability model and group scorecard.

5. ONE TFS：留存客户名单更新和策略优化。

ONE TFS: Customer list update and strategy optimaization of Customer Retention Programme.

6. 策略模型团队常规报告和数据报送工作。

Routine report and data delivery work of strategy model team.

7. 公司交办的其他事宜

Other matters assigned by the company

8. 因工作需要，员工应根据公司安排到国内/外出差

Domestic / oversea business trip according to company requirement

 

【任职条件】

● 本科或以上学历，统计，计算机，数学或金融工程更佳

Bachelor degree of Science or above,  Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or Financial Engineering is preferred;

● 熟悉风险控制，具备零售贷款业务定量分析经验
Be familiar with the risk control, experience of quantitative analysis in retail loan lending portfolio is also required;

● 具备SAS或定量分析软件编程能力
Skills of SAS or equivelant statistical software programing;

● 能够应用英语工作
Can work freely in English language;

● 善于规划，具备团队协作精神
Be good at planning, pay attention to team work spirit.
