【岗位职责】

1. 准备ABS报告及所有ABS相关事务

Prepare ABS reports and related ABS other matters

2. 按照税法、会计法和公司的相关规定审核批准日常付款申请单并完成网银付款审批

Checked & approved expense reimbursement application align with official requirements and efficiently control unreasonable payment applications

3. 依照中国会计准则的规定在财务系统中审核并通过记帐凭证及完成月度结账工作及相关报告

Posted daily voucher & prepare month end account closing based on Chinese Accounting Standards(CAS)

4. 编制报送总部财务报告及集团相关财务报告

Prepare TFSC financial reports and group financial reports

5. 积极配合内外部审计完成对会计部的审计

Actively cooperate with internal and external auditors to ensure efficient and effective audits.

6. 公司交办的其他事宜

Other matters assigned by the company

7. 因工作需要，员工应根据公司安排到国内/外出差

Domestic / oversea business trip according to company requirement

【任职条件】

● 本科以上学历

Bechalor degree or above

● 3-5年相关工作经验

3-5 years financial related working experience

● 能熟练使用Excel, Word和Power Point等办公软件

Computer literate especially with Excel, Word and Power Point

● 具备责任意识，良好的人际关系和沟通技巧

Sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and communication skills.

● 具备政府颁发的有效的会计证书

A valid accounting certificate issued by the government

● 日语/英语听说读写熟练

Fluent in English or Japanese

● 能熟练运用SAP系统更佳

Familiarity with SAP is preferred

● 熟悉ABS业务更佳

Familiarity with ABS is preferred
