职位描述
Job Responsibility:
1. Sateri Improvement Management System (SIMS)Socialization
Working with BU Head and Department Managers to institutionalize the CI (Continue Improvement) Mindset
Coordinate with Sateri Learning Institute(SLI) for SIMS and other related training
Promote SIMS as Universal Improvement Methodology
2. Ensuring the PDCA (Plan Do Check Action) cycle in BU
Working with BU Head to formulate the company's CI initiatives
Work with Department Heads in cascading the CI Initiatives into CI projects
Ensure to review progress of the CI projects in all departments regularly
3. Support BU and Department in CI activities
Facilitate all BU and Department regarding SIMS and CI projects using 8-steps PDCA
Ensuring the CI projects are implemented using SIMS CI Tools
4. Key Driver Analysis
Do the analysis on Cost, Volume and Quality to determine the Key Driver for the improvement
5. Support F&A in analysis of CI activities and the benefits derived from it
Working with CI Champion and FC to analyze the monthly CI achievement and shortfall6. Build CI Capability in the organization
Work with BCID Head in Corporate and BU Head to build the CI capability in the organization6. Build CI Capability in the organization

7. Manage the BCID Team
Manage the internal BCID team to achieve the department goal

Job Requirements:
Education:
MBA with Industrial Engineering and with some Finance background will be very good.
Or Min. Bachelor of Industrial Engineering
Experience:
Min. 10 years working experience and at least 5 - 8 years management experience in continuous improvement or similar domain.
Business Knowledge/Special Skills
1.6 Sigma Master Black Belt or Min. 6 Sigma Black Belt
2.TQM Knowledge
3.Good Communication skill

6.English, able to communicate technical problem in English
