【岗位职责】

1. 进行全国性培训项目的课程开发和现场授课；

National training programs course development and training implementation.

2. 进行年度重点项目的前期策划和组织运营；

Annual major programs planning and organization.

3. 结合公司战略重点和最新产品政策，进行精品课程开发；

Develop courses according to the company's strategic and product & policy.

4. 执行公司交办的其他事宜。

Other matters assigned by the company.

5. 因工作需要，员工应根据公司安排到国内/外出差

Domestic / oversea business trip according to company requirement

【任职资格】

1. 本科及以上学历，具备3年以上汽车行业或金融行业相关工作经验；

Bachelor degree or above. At least 3 years relevant working experience in auto or finance industry.

2. 富有培训经验，拥有独立的课程开发和授课能力；

Rich training experience, independent course development and teaching ability.

3. 拥有强烈的责任心，具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作能力；

Strong responsibility, excellent communication skills and teamwork ability.

4. 具备良好的逻辑思维、学习能力和创新能力；

Excellent logical thinking, learning ability and innovation ability.

5. 具备培训项目管理经验者优先；

Training project management experience is preferred.

6 具备流利的英文表达与写作能力优先。

Fluent English expression and writing skills are preferred.
