【岗位职责】

1. Management Accounting Execution:

• Support Management Accounting with sufficient knowledge and experience.
• Support development and implementation of effective methodology to advance company's management accounting framewor

2. Budget Planning and Periodical Review:

• Set company budgeting with structured process and manners with communicating all related parties to meet the requirements.
• Perform periodical review with sound analysis
• Take initiative to lead necessary action to company's financial target when needed

3. Business/Financial Performance Analysis and Reporting:

• Provide regular reports and comprehensive management information to support management decision making process to company short/mid term objectives

4. Daily Control for Expense and Pricing to meet company's financial targets:

• Through communication with MECs and related departments, monitor and take necessary action for expense control to lead the company to achieve financial targets.
• Support profitability control from pricing standpoint through pricing committee as well as ad-hoc consultation from related departments

5. Others:

• Maintain of Essbase and MIS systems functions
• Deal other matters assigned by the company timely and with high quality.

7. Domestic / oversea business trip according to company requirement

【任职条件】

1. Education

• Essential: Bachelor；
• Preferred: Qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Business

2. Qualification

• Essential: Experience in Financial analysis；General knowledge re Captive Finance； Supervisory & budgeting  Experience；Background for Quantitiave analysis；
• Preferred: Experience in either of  Finance related departments ；Exposure to Auto Industry

3. Skill

• Essential: Business English, Basic Japanese；Excel, Powerpoint；Presentation；

4. Others

• Essential: Leadership;Initiative;Good communicator;Problem solver
