职位描述
Job Descriptions:
1) Develop and maintain the evaluation system in HCT. Create the new evaluation indicator and structure for Bonus and Salary rise. Evaluation training for Team leader and manager will be the immediate subject.
2) Handle the annual and monthly operations of Salary, Bonus, Tax and Social security issue and improve the way of operations to make it more efficient.
3) Keep up with the latest information of Chinese labor law and comply with any change.
4) Improve the Personnel System in HCT and revise the Company rule and regulation, taking the harmonization with the same in HSC into consideration.
5) Quick replacement or recruitment whenever management needs human resource in any position in the company. Improve the recruiting system and find new way to save the cost.
6) Develop and brash-up the training system in the company in accordance with the requirement from both employees and management. Pay attention at the efficiency of each training program between cost and outcome.
7) Keep good communication with HR and concerned person within Group Companies frequently whenever human recourse transfer (dispatch or receive) is projected to meet the time frame.
8) Be familiar with legal affairs for foreign employees in HCT, eg. Visa, Work permit etc.
9) Create and maintain working manual in HR dept, so that we can mange smoothly even HR staff quits the company any time.
10) Promote and manage the BJ activity and One Company Project.
Skills/Knowledge Required:
Strategic and long term vision creating approach in each areas described in the job description area, as well as the excellent communication skill with the employees, management, and the parent company. (HR HQ in Japan has been supporting since HCT is established.)
Respect the corporate culture and lead to realize it in the corporate operation.
Manage the HR team and help the Managers and Team Leaders of other Team handle HR issue. Give the professional HR suggestion to the General Manager.
Job experience or a Bachelors degree in the HR Area is advantageous.
