1. JOB PURPOSE
? Assure the administrative work in the R&D center
? Ensure the process for control of costs in maintenance and consumables, calibration, sub-contractors).
? Ensure the document management for the center according the validated procedure.
? Ensure purchasing for all consumables, products and new equipments.
? Is responsible for chemicals and product management, including the risk management and the MSDS communication.
? Ensure on time the calibration plan in all laboratories and pilots, in respect with quality procedures
? Ensure management of waste in respect with plant procedures and HSE rules (SiH).
? Is responsible for the reporting concerning his domain
? Implement 5S in his zones (storages, . Ensure good implementation and follow up of the 5S actions.
2. RESPONSIBILITIES OF HSE, WCM ,PRODUCT STEWARSHIP AND QUALITY
HSE:
？ Enforcing safety and health rules and procedures during maintenance activities.
？ Active participation in company annual HSE plan and improve safety performance continuously in his domain.
？ Participating in self-safety and 5S inspections.
？ Properly manage all Laboratory and pilot wastes (in respect of plant’s rules).
？ Report all accidents/incidents and investigate properly using relevant tools, follow up related action plans.
？ Manage the chemicals and products in the R&D center and guaranty the availability of MSDS
Quality:
? Develop quality procedures on technical issues. Respect and ensure the implementation of all quality procedures.
? Active participation in company quality activities (including quality training)

WCM:
？ Take part in the WCM program activities actively.
？ Implement 5S in defined zones. Follow up of the 5S actions. Exchange 5S progress information with other teams.

Product stewardship:
？ Implement the product stewardship in the daily work.
3. JOB CONTEXT
Ensure full respect in maintenance and calibration issue to allow reliable and on time process studies.
Propose equipment improvements to a better performance.
Ensure the good start-up for any new equipment in respect of QHSE rules

Education:
Master degree
Graduated in Chemical related field is a plus

Management skills and Leadership
Insight and Innovative mind.

Related Experience:
Fluent in Chinese, good spoken English
Good ability in Word, Excel utilization
