Job overview：

Technological adoption has never been as fast as today making both business environment and people lifestyle changes significantly. By considering the changes and development, innovation is also crucial for Toyota and Toyota Financial Services to become the next winner of future competition. The main task of this position is to follow the innovation methodology and approach within Toyota Financial Services organization, push, develop and implement the innovation projects from a one idea, concept or prototype into business model in practice while further link them towards different entities in China sharing with HQ.

Performance Items岗位职责

1）Innovation research

A）Initiate SI research and develop proper research approach based on agreed objective.

B）Conduct business innovation research to explore the insight, sometimes in the alignment with HQ or related business entities, and then complete the implementation, reporting and presentation on project basis.

2）Innovation Project Management

A）Idea initiation with TFS China SI team members for China in the world. Evaluation of existing ideas from different idea sources, prioritize some of them to form the innovation project.

B）Design and evaluate appropriate approach and steps to implement projects and ensure the outcome.

C）Lead the project to further develop the idea into a concept, prototype. Coordinate with different business units, and further push the idea within China and HQ stakeholders to further implement the idea.

D）Support the market intelligence and technology monitoring from market sharing with China organization.

E）Be expected to perform onsite supervision and facilitation to ensure services venders delivering at customers' required quality and timing.

F）Plan and organize workshop, prepare project meeting package, meeting minutes and workshop topics follow up and execution

G）Fulfill other related tasks assigned by team leader.

Requirements任职条件

1）Bachelor degree or above in innovation management or business administration

2）5 years’ experience in business planning, steering or project management related fields, in auto industry. Consulting agency experience is a plus.

3）Fluent in English, Japanese is a plus

4）Strong project management experience with Specific Knowledge and play as project lead, able to work independently to fulfill the assigned tasks and ensure the project outcome

5）Experience in innovation processes and automotive business development as well as concept development needed

6）Concrete knowledge in mobility industry, understanding on business model and operation methodology of mobility business. Being able to quickly seize business opportunities & notice environment changes

7）Smart learner with strong analytic problem solving competency, open-minded and creative thinking as well as result orientation
